When staying at The Grosvenor I know what to expect, that is being greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who are happy to help if needed. The guest rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, quiet and comfortable. The décor in the bar with the exposed brick is warm, stylish and atmosphere lively.
